I paid almost $50 for 2 kids for photo recognition, etc. I was able to open my app twice but now, it will not open at all. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 different times, restarting my phone each time. This was done on different days, not all at the same time. I am not getting emails at all. I did get them for a day but they then stopped. I'm so disappointed over this. My daughter (not the kids' mom) said she is not having problems with the free app. Do NOT Waste Your Money on this app!

This app is so buggy and constantly freezes. Paid for the photos last year and it was buggy. Thought that after a year the developer could fix the bugs and paid again. The app's performance is still bad and frustrating.

I am constantly having to restart the app because it freezes. When I swipe down to sync my kampers info it also freezes and I have to get out and start all over.
