Poor app performance in Thailand.

Seems like the app is meant to work only in China. Doesn't work in
Singapore. Anyway hope the developer will make it work in other countries.
Am using a Android phone. Previously I am not able to get the password via
sms. But now I can. But when I try to key in the password sent via sms, the
system keep indicating the password is empty. Not sure why. Frustrating
indeed the app is so buggy for Android. I do have friends who uses the
iPhone and the app works. Not good at all. 17 Jul 18 The app now works on
Android. But I am quite surprised to unlock the lock seems to be much
slower than using the pin and fingerprint. Also at times thr app will lose
connection with the lock and basically you have wait for the connection but
at times it just doesn't want to connect. Not sure what's wrong. I added 2
more stars cos you put in effort to make it work in singapore. 04 Aug 18 -
not sure why freshly charged batteries will show only 44% instead of 100%.
I tried 2 sets of rechargeable Enloops batteries 2hich are freshly charged
and get the same outcome(I.e same 44%) . Not sure if the set points for the
battery life in the program is incorrect. It does gives false warning that
the batteries are running low but in fact its not.
