Using BlueStacks

Nvm. It's better now. We can track the train live and know what's the next station is by opening the app. But I'm still expecting a better user interface because I was confused finding the e-boarding pass button because the ads of additional service come first in the middle part, so we need to scroll waayy down to the end of the interface just to find the e-boarding pass. In my opinion, it must be in the top part so passengers need no time to find it.

I have some input for current version of KAI Access. The current payment method is not flexible as it used to. Only allowed Mandiri debit and one e wallet. Even QRIS cannot. The user interface very annoying and not straightforward, since I have to tap drop down the available ticket wich show "price start from" , and expected buy the ticket price as low as possible but it is often already sold out. Bring back the old UI/X and payment method. Sincerely me. Loyal ticket buyer since 2012.

It's much better to buy intercity tickets from other platforms, and input the booking code here. Less bugs and much better user interface. I tried to order food but the QR just never pop up. And there's no other payment option. But there is no competition for trains in Indonesia, so it would take a long time to see improvements!

KAIPay before updates were completely fine. But when I updated the app, it shows a bunch of bugs. It needs to be activated each time I log in to the app. And when I do, it doesn't show me anything except "Activate KAIPay". I was in the middle of buying a train ticket, and it looks like my money in KAIPay turns into ash. I liked the old app, anyway.

The apps need to improve its memory refresh rate. It is wrongly booked me the wrong ticket by directing the payment to ticket that I explored earlier. The memory of the previous ticket is stuck and made me have to pay ticket that I do not prefer. I considered to complain but the call center cannot be found easily in the apps. Please consider to make call center feature like other apps.

Bad app, bad UX. Your update ruins everything. Love the old app, on the newest app I cannot login when I tap "Masuk" OTP was never delivered. Try login as TAMU, but when I tap some information, this app force me to login and last showing information was lost, I cannot go back to last screen and have to start it from beginning. Really really bad app!

TICKET RESERVATIONS
Access by KAI provides various menus for ordering train tickets starting from intercity train tickets, local train tickets, LRT Jabodebek train tickets, KCI train tickets, Airport train tickets and Fast Train tickets, all of which can be accessed in one application.
 
The Connecting Train menu in the Access by KAI application is useful for users who want to schedule connecting trains. The system in the application will find a combination of connecting train schedules as desired
 
MANAGE TICKET BOOKING
Users of the Access by KAI application can manage previously purchased train tickets. Passengers can add their tickets to the Access by KAI application purchased on external channels via the Check & Add Ticket menu. If you have added the ticket, you can change the schedule, cancel the ticket, transfer the ticket or print the e-boarding pass. With this feature in the Access by KAI application, passengers no longer need to bother going to the station.
 
LOYALTY PROGRAM

The food/drink menu served is a selection of typical train culinary delights and regional specialties.
 
EoB and Premium Entertainment are additional entertainment features for watching movies streaming in the Access by KAI application without internet quota which can be accessed while traveling using the train's WIFI network.
