I tried the sign in with my Google Account, but the app crashes every time I enter my phone number. Even though the phone number isn't mandatory, still makes me enter it, so can't avoid it. I then tried to make a profile in the app separate from my Google account, but it won't let me enter my email address, but when I try to make my profile it says it needs an email address, but it literally won't let me select the box to enter an email!

3/21/19Crashes or errors too often after spending your valuable time entering a request. Most of the categories are intuitive to the city, but not citizens. Now 1/8/20, no better, lucky to get one submission. Error codes session timeout even if I log in and enter an issue in less than a minute. Go back to See Click Fix, it works!!!

This is a very usedul tool to address focus items or concerns to the city. Not all departments are as responsive as others, but this really does work and at the very least you can try it. And, at least I'm not on hold on the phone.
