This new smart platform is ridiculous. It is hard to pair the k5 with the app. I switched smartphones recently and today I had to re-pair with the k5, took 30 minutes of resetting and having pairing fail. In the end I force closed the app and lo and behold it paired on the first attempt. Some things doesn't need to be smart. A pressure washer is one of those things.

Unable to register and log in. Tried to set up a new account. Followed instructions and when trying to create the account was sent to an error page saying the email address already existed. Unable to get to log in page to try to log in but had same error message. Tried to set up another email address, same result. App falls at the first hurdle.

Great app really. Very nice step by step instructions for first time assembly and also excellent instructions later on what you want to clean. Great app. Thank you for making this app. It shows you care about customers.

Product works great, but the app is AWFUL to set up. It requires the part no. sn to authenticate to be able to use the app. However despite putting the correct part no. and S/N the app keep saying No device could be found with this serial number! What am I doing wrong?

Because of all the bad reviews, I was not expecting much but to my surprise, l had no problems at all registering my device, went through step by step. Works ok does what is says it does.👍

Why does one need to register the app just to use it??? Absolutely ridiculous. Edited: Well guess what. As an owner of a software and mobile app development business, if you were my client I would have advised you differently, especially as the item does not come with an extended warranty that depend on registration. This app deserves all of the one starts that it has received...
