This app (and the website) has big problem to find addresses. Tried post codes and addresses but nothing.

Is too often off line and will not accept data. For over a year the summary of offers (cheapest, best rated etc.) does not correspond to the full list. I suspect that some best-rated firms are not shown as such and possibly vice versa.

rubbish app and website. Downloaded the app because the website wouldn't let me enter my destination address. Well, neither does the app. Delete. Yes, i can tell you. My pick up was Heathrow airport (not found) and i couldn't even fill in the destination bar. It simply didn't work.

Booked a ride to Heathrow 3 days before. It got announced delayed 30 min due to "navigation issues", then called and told that I just have to cancel and book again.. Then the app doesn't open anymore and crashes. I reverted to Uber instead so that I made my plane on time. Rubbish for the peace of mind! Avoid! 😔

Unreliable! I order a driver the night before for 6:15am to get to the airport. The driver only got the call at 6:05 after I came to make sure the car is in its way, ending up being late with 15 minutes.

terrible service. had to wait 40 mins despite calling and being told the driver was 10 mins away. no apology. app is useless. doesn't Update ETA at all and you have to call an automated service.......! waste
