App looks clean but has funtional issues. Only certain items allow you to put special instructions. Also there is no way to remove ingredients, making this app unfriendly to anyone with an allergy.

App is designed in a simple and accessible manner but does not feel coherent. Normal orders are delivered within timeframe but what is really an issue is the scheduled delivery option (in NY) which has failed twice. (Three hours later in first case and more than two hours in second case after calling and texting to notify non-delivery). Customer service also has room for improvement, due to the fact that instead of refunding the full amount, they were negotiating (for half amount in first failed order, 10$ credit in second order). Additional Note: Customer service provided an additional 15$ credit as a follow up apologizing for the inconvenience noting that the responsible store was notified.

My information was breached. I got a notification that in 2019 Zynga had been breached and my email address and information was exposed. This is extremely upsetting and you should have more security when it comes to your customers information. It's really frustrating i had to change my email completely and all my passwords.

Food's good. App doesn't allow you to manually set delivery tip amount. Unacceptable. Also doesn't remember your last order for easy reorder.

This was a pretty decent app, but then they removed order history and you can no longer select more than one of the same item.

App is good but every time I order from the app, same salad is missing items. I have order foragers warm bowl in the past. First time, no dressing and green veggie Second time, no cheese Have had no issues going into the store to order. :) not sure if I should continue using the app.
