This app is just as awful as their website. You sign in and on your details page there is no way to do anything direct. You have to go back out and sign in again to buy anything! All I wanted was a 16-18 photo card for my daughter and all this app and website does is take you to a page with just the word "tickets" on it that doesnt do anything!! Gave up, not fit for purpose.

Terrible app. Takes far too long to find your bus route, then you have to download a pdf file. Try this in the rain or with your hands full, it's a complete nightmare. I took photos of the bus timetables I use, from the bus stops instead. Much much quicker and far less aggravation. It really should be simple but they've managed to properly over complicate it. Uninstalled!!

Great and easy to use, however, a couple of weeks ago, I was able to use the app and then half an hour later it wouldn't allow me to even open the app. No problems since, but hesitant on using it due to previous issues. I catch 4 buses per day and the app has been really useful up until then. Fingers crossed no problems since.

Not great. I've had to contact NXWM twice now to add my purchased tickets to the app. I've had to also buy a ticket as they were not available on the app straight away. It says on the website they go to your app 15 minutes after purchase which doesn't happen!

Been working for months with no issues. But today after renewing my monthly pass it has stopped working. Uninstalled app and restarted great. But it's happened again. Only allowed 3 times to do this. Not happy I have 3 buses to catch and paying for a day ticket after paying for a monthly app pass is not what I expected😠

This app worked well up today.Today I opened it once in the morning,but when I attempted to open again 20 minutes later it failed to work.Iam going to try to get help from customer service tomorrow ,but not sure they will help.In the future most likely will buy from ticket office.
