Good app, some simple changes would make it great. - Notification when you use your last bulk ticket would make it easier to buy in advance and avoid missing ferries... - Faster start up, 5 seconds is a long time when your ferry is about to close - Show the date and colours instead of the QR code by default.

Startup time and time to access purchased tickets is too slow. Add quick acess button with no startup animation. Also please add your ferry positions, time table and update your ferry disruptions in your GTFS feed please

Note: Always buy in bulk! Works well and at least I can easily see what trips I have taken (unlike with the smartcard). Would be great if bulk purchased off-peak tickets were valid both ways (off-peak) and same for on peak.

Installed the app and purchased 10x return. The price however did not reduce as per expectation. Apparently only going via bulk of purchase will grant you this. New to catching the fast ferry so pretty disappointed that I ended up over paying by such a massive amount. Not to mention none of the ticket operators are at all familiar with the app. Where can I get a card?
