App is awful! What's worse is that you're forced to download the app to get any information, and then the app links right back to the website. Multiple"buttons", or links, don't work. Scared to book a ticket for fear it will disappear somewhere into the ether and I'll have no ride, just frustration to show for this 30 minutes of my life that I'll never get back.

There is no option to purchase online. I do not need another app on my phone. I'm in the process of purchasing a train and plane ticket (both through websites without having to create accounts) and it is aggravating to have to go find my phone and download this app just so I can purchase a ticket. This makes my travel process much more difficult than it needs to be as my tickets are now in several formats. This app has been around for several years and is not advanced. The website is basic. 0/10

App is obsolete. This app should be removed from the store. App is obvoiously hitting the old servers and they have changed to a new ticketing backend. Just talked to customer "service" and they told me that the new system doesnt talk to the old system so the new system wont have your account info or history. "Just use the website."

No matter what cities I select: "An error occurred. There are no tickets available to purchase." Had to go purchase from the bustang website instead.

Forced to download (so if you don't have a smart phone, good luck using this service I guess). And the app itself is clunky and constantly sends me back to the website. If the app sends me to the website, why do I need the app? Why not give the option to do it on desktop?

I think it's really stupid that I have to download the app in order to buy my ticket on line. My only other option is to purchase a ticket in person. They should give the option to purchase a ticket on the website.
