Its bad, i saw the reviews and i noticed that my problem happened to many people, bad drivers and bad timing, just today when the driver said outside i took the bags outside he left and say he will come afternoon, i saw his car leaving , disrespectful i try to get a number to call there is nothing only chat! I dont recommend anyone from family and friends to use this ....

No matter how good your app looks, your service is really bad. Delaying customers orders and just apologizing after delivery timing has been changed, not few hours, but next day. If you object they say we can't do anything and blame the laundry, while the delay is caused by the company itself. In addition to highly incompetent and rude customer service agents. I highly recommend to not use the service, I for one will not.

Worst customer support experience. They delayed my order constantly, days in a row, called and agreed on a delivery time only to change it without informing the customer. When you try to contact them on their support line 17100500, the auto reply is to contact them via the app chat only and you are unable to speak to anyone. And even trying the app chat you get no reply. My order number is 3967005 and I have yet to receive it. Will not recommend Just Clean to anyone.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Worst service ever. They ruined a 17 bd brand new skirt and compensated only 8 bd in return after following up with them for over a month. I thought I'd deal with a different laundry and placed order again. After choosing a specific delivery time and date the clothes were not dropped off the whole day and when I decided to message and check at night they informed me that there is a delay and the laundry will drop it off tomorrow. Still no delivery made and no action

The worst customer support system by just clean team. No response from the team if you raise a complaint against the order. The app team won't take responsibility about the service provided by the listed laundry. My clothes were given for dry cleaning but they damaged by washing them and after raising the complaint no proper response from both laundry as well as just clean team. Don't trust them

They don't arrive when they say, you can be waiting days for pickup. The customer care team tells you someone is on the way and they never turn up. Don't bother with this app or service
