Great app, Easy to use, goods delivered on time, Anybody Providing Negative feedback on this Jumia Food App. YOU not fit to own a PC.

When trying to order groceries, I cannot see or amend the list before paying. That means if I click on anything by mistake, I have to start over again. Also it doesn't save your basket if you switch to a different app, so forget about checking your shopping list note after opening the app. Please fix these glitches.

A lot of work still needs to be done on adding more restaurant options, while pressing them to lower their time to delivery; 2+ hours wait time for food should not be accepted. Kindly add option to save address so I don't get to enter every time I want to place an order. Regards Edit: Thanks for the "Save Address" option. Please add option to delete address that is no longer in use.

Whatever I complain about a missing item on my order nothing is done about it. Sometimes some items are omitted from my delivery, sometimes they have delivered the wrong item. I've complained several times and nothing has ever been done. My second issue is packaging from some vendors. Vendors need to properly seal food and the final pack should be stapled or taped...I once had a night delivery that I'm pretty sure it was tempered with and I couldn't eat the food.

Horrible service! Not worthy of even zero stars. Took them 2hrs 45 mins to deliver when the restaurant is just 15 mins away on foot. My drinks were not included in the sealed package and they refused to deliver them or refund me in cash. Only a refund voucher I have to order again to redeem. Why would I want to order again?!? Even the app is wonky, designed so that its difficulty to cancel an order easily. PLEASE REFUND ME. n7aw-ai1w Update: They delivered the drinks to me instead of refunding
