No se entiende muy bien como funciona

No encuentro la forma para agregar mis plantas a la sección de mis siembras. Cuando entro a la sección está en blanco y no veo ninguna opción de "agregar a mis siembras". Si me pudieran ayudar se los agradecería mucho.
