I've been using Cloudsee for quite some time. It looks like it update over night, it keeps telling me to charge the password. I have, many times and it excepts the new password, then says it's wrong. Each time I've replaced the password, I've sent away and received a new Security Code, to charge account info. I've uninstalled and installed the app, but no matter what I do, it won't work. Could you please advise me what to do.

Worst Surveillance app ever. Even though have a high speed internet connection, it remains buffering for a long time which is just disgusting. When HIKVISION, DAHUA and other brands already develop a strong and buffer free streaming system, you people are maintaining a third class server and a worthless pc & mobile app. You people should be shamed for it....

This app is so unreliable. One day it will work then the next day it won't. Always with glitches in playback and live video. Very disappointing. Doesn't deserve even a star.

is the software incompatible with the latest smartphone ? i'm using the VIVO V20 and when open one of the video the cctv video it's always getting back to the home page, can you tell me whats the problem when i'am using VIVO V11 there was no problem
