Using BlueStacks

I recently downloaded this app and tried to register but can't because this app keeps constantly freezing. I'm sending my system back all because of the crap of an app. What's the point of having it if I can't view my cameras away from home.

I downloaded the app and cant get past the pop up which shows you stuff on the screen. It does a search for a device and because im not at the site, it cant find one so wont let me continue. I want to load the settings manually. Please help urgently as this is for a customer

Once registered, I can't login with the same login id, have to register again. And guess what, can't register again as I have to give a new phone number and email id. Very bad on the developer's part.

Very difficult to configure and once configured does not save. It is hit and miss. No matter how many times you try to go into the app it does not let you reconfigure

Received 5 star original app with CCTV hardware and only needed to log into the system. Upgraded version requires an account setup before use. Accidentally upgraded but, it did not work anyway. Couldn't report fault as I'm only using WiFi on this phone, no Sim.
