Crash every time. 😒

The app didnt work as expected and it will waste your time. Highly unrecommended. The notification didn't work as expected (even I allowed notification on my phone) because our queue jumped from 17 to 6 then it is our queue. The app didnt notify you when it is your queue! I had to refresh manually and once it was my queue and I walked back, they told me that my number already passed. This halpened at Lhong Tou on 10/2/19. I am using AIS 4G. App is on Android.

Thanks for adding Thai national parks. Just a couple of bits of feedback. The system works fine but the list of parks is in the Thai language. The first page of the booking form is also in Thai. Not a problem for me but it might be for others. Also there does not seem to be a way to cancel a ticket.

Not useable at all: app crashes every time I click on a National Park, every single time, any National Park. UPDATE: After further testing it actually crashes if I click on any specific location, not just the National Parks: bank, restaurant, delivery etc. Galaxy S7, Android 8.0

The app asks a lot of permissions to access my phone. After giving all permissions it asked, I can see only ads (lots of them) but I cannot register to national park, which I think it is the main purpose of this app.

Easy to use. But not helpful to the function for user. There was no timely update for the called number. Only notified once when my number called by the vendor, and I missed my turn. Please help the user experience on this matter.
