I've used this app 3 times now and each order has been correct and the drivers are friendly, but my 3rd order was late and had been in the car so long the ice was completely melted in the drinks and the food was cold. There is no one to contact for customer service to call if/when you have an issue either. Probably won't use again.

This app is awful since BiteSquad took it over. Regardless of what restaurant I order from, it gets stuck on "order received". This has happened multiple times today. And it happened multiple times when I attempted last week. And then when you click on live chat it just loads forever and nobody ever comes on to speak with you.

If you actually want to receive the food you ordered, go get it yourself. Also, the app has no way for you to communicate with the driver or the restaurant. You aren't asked for feedback on the accuracy or speed of delivery.

Great service but my card was charged a 10 dollars tip that i did not do. And theres no one to talk to fix it. Use doordash
