Paint colour selection tool that matches colours from photos and pictures.

The free app boasts a vast array of features that have been specifically designed to meet the everyday demands faced by professional decorators.

Johnstone’s dedication to colour is evident throughout the app, giving you easy access to over 1600 colours from the Johnstone’s Trade fan deck, as well as providing you with the tools to create pallets of colour for each project. Once a colour has been selected, you are presented with its key information, such as its Light Reflective Value, which can then be compared against other colours. The selected colour can then be enlarged so you can hold it up against the wall to test its suitability.

You are also able to take a photograph of any object and the app will then match it to the nearest colour in the Johnstone’s range. Once you have assembled the perfect colour palette for the project, you can then add detailed notes, such as room dimensions and paint finishes required and assign them to the client’s contact details within your phone’s address book, providing you with a quick reference point you get back to the office or for your next site visit.

There is also a feature that allows you to locate the nearest Johnstone’s Leyland Decorating Centre or stockist to your location, as well as a news section that will keep you abreast of the latest offers on Johnstone’s products.
