I'm extremely displeased w/ the latest version of the app. It's appallingly bad. Looking past the fact that you can no longer pay with the app at the register but must use a credit card, my two main complaints are: 1- you can no longer see or track your purchases in the app; and 2- the process for redeeming rewards in store at the register is a horror show--so much so that one can't help wondering if it wasn't designed this way on purpose to prevent customers from redeeming rewards. Shameful.

New update is terrible. You can no longer use the app to pay for your order. Instead you have to have a card saved and then have that card with you and it's too many bells and whistles and nothing that actually helps you. I used to go to Joe's because of the app. Probably not going to go out of my way anymore.

Original rewards points were lost during transfer to the new app. Required additional round of signing out, waiting ~10 min, and signing back in. Contacted support, quick response.

Wouldn't let me confirm ASAP as a pickup option. Contacted support, support brushed me off. Contacted them again with evidence. Support said "that's weird". Now app keeps crashing or saying previously selected time is not available and then crashing. Absolute junk. Shame really cause the coffee is excellent.

Rewards toggle button doesn't work. Customer service did nothing to help. The app also doesn't have all locations. One of the worst apps!
