I initially had problems and more so with the collars. I have two cats. They would insist on eating at the same time. This I found caused a problem with the machine, it would sometimes freeze up and resulted in confusion on which cat ate what. I have put the machine on a schedule and now everyone's happy. Being a flight attendant I'm away from home often and I can say Catspad has been a life saver for me. I've monitored the machine remotely with no problems and via my camera system. 😺

Great idea, bad execution. This product is not reliable enough to feed my cats, since the scale decalibrates constantly. The water fountain stopped working two or three months after purchased, and been waiting for more than 6 months for a fix. I still have the Catspad, by i always have food and water bowls around, and I need someone coming to feed my cats when I'm on a trip. Hi still have hopes that it will improve eventually, but right now, I'm really disappointed.

The idea of the product is great, but the growing pains of this company render the catspad close to useless. The programming is so bad that most of the functions simply don't work as promised. Setting it up was impossible until they shared a link that could be used on a Windows laptop, the consumption and stock levels are so grossly incorrect that you'd be better off leaving a big open bag of food at home. There's simply no way of knowing what your cats ate or drank. Please put in some effort

So far, the app has been unable to connect my Catspad dispenser to my home network(s) through my fully updated Galaxy S8 nor through my wife's older Moto G4+. I know some initial trouble should be expected while the product matures, but after waiting two years (!) for the dispenser, this is not exactly the brilliant start I'd hoped for. And there's no alternative; no fallback to a web browser or similar I could use to at least configure the goddamn thing using a laptop. I'd give this zero stars if I could. This needs to be fixed.

This product cannot be trusted to feed your pet. The app is the only way to use the product, and unfortunately the scale mechanism to weigh the food is faulty and furthermore, it cannot accurately measure how much water is in the tank. I have installed a Nest camera to observe how much food is provided and when, and 50 percent of the time it feeds improperly or not at all. Very dangerous to depend on this to feed a pet. Great idea but poor manufacturing.

Good idea, poor application. Worked with catspad for months trying to get this correct. Machine either regularly over fed, or reported wrong feeding amounts. Food would get stuck. Water wouldn't be reported right. After months and months, I requested a refund which took significant time to get. Avoid.
