Hi I was subscribed a circlys ,for one day they excluded from circlys , I agreed For refund they said ,as per policy 14 days return back , for me still more than three weeks I didn't receive. They didn't follow policy, unable to contact customer care also. I don't know when I will get my money back.

Very bad customer service experience, I lose trust everytime I speak with a representitive. Up until this momemt the easiest thing in the app is the ability yo pay for them, but the overall experience isn't clear.

The new update have another of trouble and really miserable when u reconnect and log in three times at least and again when u wanna subscribe; the app Kiki u out to re-log and add ur number .. find a solution for theses issues pleases
