The app send a notification regarding visitor's entry permission but when redirected to the app, the notification is not seen in the inbox or any other location. Also the visitors not related to me is directed through this app. This is not a safe app considering the loopholes such as - 1. Unauthorised visitor's entry routed to my app. 2. Notifications not located in the app. 3. Payment gateway still not enabled to initiate the payment.

The OTP never arrives. I have this app installed since it was launched but unable to use. The local JLL staff doesn't care to solve the problem

Please work on your APP and don't pay your APP developer and testers. OTP is not working, While entering the OTP it shows OTP did not found. I will re-rate when I found this working
