Absolute garbage for foreign nationals who need to use this app to buy overseas, unless you can read Chinese to a high level. You can neither copy and paste text into a translate app, nor take screenshots to translate that way. And of course there's no English option in the app itself. The fact that other apps like Shopee require you to use this app for some services makes them just as terrible.

Stupid app. Need it to order stuff from China. Ugh. Perhaps, since it's for foreign purchases... maybe an option for English or any other language could be useful. Too much foresight? Thought so. Nevermind. OH, u have customer service!?! Well then, I better call it asap, whenever I need to use your app so u can translate it for me and tell me what to click on. What a bright idea! Who needs language options when u can just call the geniuses at Jiekou customer service. Now that's smart thinkin!

Edit: I have successfully withdrawn may balance and it immediately reflected on my bank account. Its not that hard to navigate the app but it would be much better if it would have an english version.

I cannot add my UI no.(ARC no.). Everytime i try to upload id photo and submit with all information it says cannot update. Also there is no english interface its difficult to use. I wanted to add my debit card for easy transactions but i cannot use until i upload my ARC no.

NO ENGLISH VERSION. Very hard to use... Or atleast allow screenshot so we can translate in Google.. this app is unusable for foreigners..
