Absolutely pathetic, what used to be a painless 3 or 4 minutes to place an order for 20/30 items now takes forever. For the first time in almost 16 years I have actively started looking for a new supplier

Absolutely useless app , doesn't work at all ,can not even log in!!

Very buggy and slow. Forgot my account details so I had to reinstall old app to make payment and then it had changed my delivery time to 7 am. Also couldn't find my regular orders so had to search item by item. 1 hour to place a simple order. Very frustrating.

Very buggy. Back button takes you back to home page. Categories state 4 (for example) products but shows only 2. A lot of products aren't showing in any Catherine's despite being available (processed eggs is in my favourites but not showing in any of the egg categories. Layout is good though and easier to navigate. Will be using the old app until this one is updated
