The app is pretty good but it doesn't allow you to select which store to buy from if there are multiple that deliver to you. One of the stores near me constantly takes over an hour to deliver, but since the app automatically assigns my order to that one I have to physically call the other store in order to get a sandwich in a reasonable period of time, which defeats the purpose of the app.

I love Jimmy John's and have been going long before rewards were a thing. However Regardless, I have issues with their app - regardless of however I try to log in, either by biometrics or just typing in my password and username, I keep on receiving unknown error occurred even though I know both have my correct info. I can't log into my rewards. Maybe if they fix the errors or at least state what error occurred, I'll change my rating of their app.

Beware! Love their sandwiches. However, every time I choose a new JJ location in app, am required to put payment information in all over again. Also, by default, an add-on item is automatically placed to my order. Today, it was a bag of chips. Last time, a cookie. This has happened three times in a row when accessing a new JJ store. Highly deceptive and needs to stop immediately! STOP!

I never had a problem with the app, however once I got new phone and tried to log into my account through the app it told me there is an error, I had no idea of what the error was since I could log in through the internet. The app is just more convenient. I uninstalled then re installed the app on my new phone to try to troubleshoot the problem with no resolve. It would be nice to know what else I can do to get the app working again, hopefully there is a resolution and I can change my review.

I love it! Been using the app for months, and use it multiple times per week. I would have given it 5 stars but got 2 orders wrong. Even with the wrong sandwiches they were still delicious!! honestly the rewards kinda make up for it anyways. 99% if the time everything is exactly perfect! That's a pretty good score in my book.

4.5/5 the only thing i feel could make the ordering easier for the customers would be to include the quantity option on the same page as you're adding/customizing your sandwich.. also, let's say you want 2 of the same sandwiches, except one of them you don't want tomato's.. create an option to choose that as well
