A bit awkward but it gets there in the end. Wi-fi gives a confusing error message, but you have to exit the wi-fi setup to go back to the app, then you find it has connected ok. Thumbnails are too small. When browsing photos/videos, if you select 'All', it only selects those that happen to be on screen, not ALL of them. Unbelievable! Very tedious if you have a lot of files to delete or transfer. When deleting files, you get this message, exactly: "Are you sure detele what your pick ?", with the option to "Cance l".

Worried By Mixed Reviews, but it's fine. Using with Campark T86. App makes your phone a hot-spot to connect to camera. Works short range. Thought night vision wasn't working, but realised I have to hit record to activate it when viewing "live" over WiFi. Can't use your phones Internet WiFi while using the camera app. 3 step connection wizard works fine each time on my Sony Xperia android phone. I'm able to download vids and pics wireless short-range over the WiFi too. Not amazing, but does work

Neither my tablet nor my Android phone appear in the Bluetooth list to be selected, so it never connects via Bluetooth. Since I can't get by that one step I can't do anything else with the app. I just bought this yesterday, and think I will have to return it today. There is no tech support or anything to try to troubleshoot the matter.

This is the worst app I've ever put on my phone. The grammar is the worst I've ever seen and there are constant misspellings. Navigation is not intuitive. It takes four actions to get connected to your phone and you end up outside of this app. Picture size is too small to view on the camera. You have to download them locally in order to expand them. Downloading is very slow.

It does work for me but barely. It takes ages to get it working the first time. The instructions are just awful. There's a lot of guesswork involved, and ultimately I think I just succeeded by mistake. Once it's finally working, it's pretty rubbish. I have to turn off my normal wifi and disable it, before connecting to the camera. First you turn on your bluetooth, which appears to trigger the camera to turn on it's wifi (I presume to save battery, which is good). But it takes numerous times before it actually then connects. For some reason I must turn on both bluetooth and LOCATION to be able to connect to the camera - I have no concept at all as to why it must know where I am to download photos from my own camera onto my own phone using a wifi provided by the camera itself.. Clearly I'm right next to the camera. I keep ending up on the phone's wifi screen, with no way to get back to the app, so I have to close down all the windows on my phone and start the process again. It typically takes me 4-5 attempts before I get a successful connection. Just by repeating the exact same sequence. The thumbnails on the phone when I finally connect are so tiny I can't see anything, and it's a poor experience to download them. It's a very basic app. It does work for me, but it sucks all the joy out of my experience with the camera.

I have been using this camera since the Summer. I got used to the long winded WiFi sign-in process & un-user friendly photo viewing interface...but at least it worked!!! Now the app won't work at all. It gives limited sporadic wifi connection and it won't accept or save any new changes to the settings. Keeps reverting back to the previous unwanted setting. Extremely annoying, useless app. Very disappointed.
