The camera is ok, the app is disappointing. 1) You have to disable 4G to be able to connecct to the camera. 2) The connection process has several tedious, slow steps. 3) The images are very small thumbnails with no way to zoom in and no obvious way to move to a better photo app on your phone. This means you shouldn't clear the SD card files without going home to look at the photos first, which means the app isn't really useful - just buy a cheaper traiilcam and a 2nd SD card and swap cards faster and easier 4) Not sure if this is app or device problem, but "Wifi" does not mean you can add the device to your home wifi; wifi and bluetooth feature are somewhat redundant - you have to connect both ways to get your Android phone to talk to the camera.

This is our first trail cam (T100) and after following the instructions in the manual we found it fairly simple to connect to. Once connected the app is easy to live view, access and download saved pictures/videos OR adjust settings. If you are having trouble with the WiFi going off before you have connected, you can change the auto off WiFi settings on the camera to 3 minutes. Remember to connect with bluetooth first to turn the WiFi on on camera.

I'm connecting to a Campark T100. Bluetooth connectivity doesn't work on my Pixel 5. Manually connecting via Wifi works, but I have to (1) disable my mobile data connection first and (2) set the camera to SETUP mode and turn its Wifi on. This is not useful once the camera is installed. However, using an older phone (HTC U11) (and again disabling mobile data), I can connect via Bluetooth and Wifi using the process described in the manual. Hopefully a future update will get new phones to work.

This app badly lets lets down the cameras that its meant to give a wi fi connection to . I have spent hours trying to get it to connect its clear that it is not fit for purpose and that was the main reason i bought two cameras a toguard 4k and a cam park 4k neither of which will connect ,could you please give some thought to improving it i am so disappointed thank you for time look forward to your response.

Like a number of others, I have experienced problems with wifi connection problems. Finally discovered that if I put smartphone into flight mode and then start app, it does eventually connect by following instructions to turn on bluetooth and then select wifi hot-spot. Using with Campark T100 camera & Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) phone. Hope this helps.

Can't connect with Bluetooth. Have to disable mobile data for some reason to connect with WiFi. Go back to using a cable or card reader. Forget the wireless options.
