The app crashes after less than a minute when running in the background. Alerts on motion or sound simply do not work. Not detailed enough instructions to do any meaningful troubleshooting. This combined with ancient-looking app interface makes me suspect that this is an abandoned product which doesn't work properly with newer Android versions, and possibly not with some modern WiFi routers.
