This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GO KB SKIN - Glitter Bows on PC Windows and Mac.

This is a really cute theme! I've used it for awhile, & haven't had any problems. Also, if you don't like the background or are trying to match a theme, you can change it in Settings. I highly recommend it! ~Note 3 running android 5.0
