Happy but not Happy This app only works 55% of the time. This software needs to be updated more often with real-time data on buses and rail information. There needs to be an alert when the next Metro bus is going to be late because I have waited for "ghost" buses before, and it's frustrating, especially when you are relying on this app to give you accurate Metro bus eta. I have been riding Metro since 1993 and it seems like they have not caught up with technology. Please improve the app. Thanks.

No customization to prioritize most relevant screens/modes of transportation, i.e., UX would be enhanced if app could open to favorites, rather than having to go through two menu screens. Also, combining rail and bus favs on the same screen would be beneficial. Otherwise, great tool! Thank you for the development!

I'd give it a 5, but the trip planner has issues. If I enter two metro stations I shouldn't get walking and bus directions. Makes it impossible to determine when I'll arrive at the destination station.

IT'S TERRIBLE , EVERY TIME YOU REFRESH IT , IT GETS STUCK LIKE IT'S BUFFERING . SO YOU'LL HAVE TO CLOSE THE APP AND START ALL OVER .

I've been using this app for many years with no problems. Now I will be uninstalling it because this app no longer carry the DC Circulator. I need that for my daily travel.

Still is the best metro app I've used. some are complaining that it doesn't track the Circulator...it still does, and they've added several other bus systems as well. Great updates!
