Awful. Crashes all the time. You can't cancel venues which are 3 or more days away. Really poor programming. Unfortunately my building admin chose this app. Let's hope we can switch to something better.

My building forces me to use this app to book services during covid and the app is defective most of the time. Something basic like password reset doesn't even work. Would be better to go back to a google sheet, appalled my condo fees are spent on this.

Completely useless app. Daily glitches, double bookings, phantom bookings, crashes, unselectable days. I've never seen something be so consistently terrible since Trump was in office.

Horrible app, always crashes and can't sign in to use amenities reservations. Fix your app!

The app gets stuck on the "Walter" screen after I log in (galaxy s9) . Same thing occurs on my spouce's One Plus 6. I'm sure the Devs are proud of the name but I'd really prefer being able of get into the app. I also tried using the website. I can log in but I'm unable to change dates when reserving an amenity in my building so it's pretty much useless.

Just loaded the app. Pressed for news, a screen opened with a spinner turning in the middle, and a sign saying "loading ", nothing happed even after 5 min. There was an arrow to go back. It was non functional. I deleted the app. Not to impressed.
