Very unpredictable delivery service. Sometimes arrives in 30 minutes, but very often delivery takes up to 2h or more. Customer service line is paid by the minute (1CHF per minute, which is insane), and they take at least 12h to respond to messages via their customer support form. The app is also very poorly designed.

Progress update doesn't work, restaurants don't see the order on their side so they never work on your order, other times they work on it but you don't see the progress, always have to call customer service and they charge you for the call. Horrible service!

Very slow, very unreliable. After waiting for a long time, they just call and cancel your order with some weird excuses. Another time, they brought me a complete different order.

Terrible search filters and search capabilities (I have to look for a restaurant and can't look for a type of dish), incredibly slow, delivery constantly delayed without updates, delivery fees way too high. Way underperforming compared to the competitors. I am deleting my account.
