Useless app. Does not take reservation online. And when called on give phone no. the staff is not all interested in taking reservation. Seems that they have become too comfortable leaving early due to previous curfew and now don't want to come out of their comfort zone. Anyways, no more BBQ for me. If they don't want business and customers, then so be it.

This useless app shows "delivering in your area" until you're all set to place the order. Once you have added your order to cart, applied all smiles and coupons and are almost about to pay, they show "NOT delivering to this location." WHY LET US GO THROUGH WHOLE PROCESS WHEN THE FIRST THING WE CHECK IS LOCATION? Just tell us at first that you will not deliver to my location. You make us select location as soon as ee log in for God's sake. Useless app. Useless place.

I wanted to place an order for a buffet, and also preferred COD. But they don't provide this as a payment option, also my whole area doesn't come under delivery range. Trust me I have use different locations far from where I live but still it's of no use. The problems which I have mentioned above are really basic requirements for a delivery app to be ideal. What's the use of it, if it didn't even let me place an order with basic payment condition on a location which is known to be popular.

What is the point of the App if we cannot reserve tha table? I have selected date, location, people and everything and then on the last page clicking on reserve table does not do anything.. Quite a inconvenience..!!

pathetic customer care service. Agents are ill informed and dont revert back(even thought they assure of call backs). they take bookings and randomly cancel it and forcebly push for other slots. discripancy in price also. #VeryPoorService. time to explore other barbeque restaurants in delhi

Price is very high...and I can see a sudden hike in a price after lockdown..and my last experience was pathetic, the food was not upto mark...
