The scanner needs work. It takes 5 min to scan and because the code has letters you can't enter it manually. The rewards need improvement, its limited on what you get. Other than that it works good. Loads like a dream on my note 9.

It makes you log in everytime which is a pain. Also I have problems with ordering with it. I usually just give up on it. Other restaurant apps are much easier to use. It does not have all the specials listed and some items are not even on the menu in the app.

First of all I love Jack's. The app works well but they need an area designated for pickup. Since I'm using the app my order is already placed and paid for. To avoid going in, you have to wait in the LONG drive through to get your food. I've used it once and they left my biscuits off my order. That's rare. I usually have perfect service their so I'm just going to chalk it up to getting the bugs out of the process and try again later.

(11.18.20) App doesn't work. It finds my location automatically but when I got to order, it asks me to choose a location. When I type in my location, it says there is not one found. But...they make sure to get all of your information beforehand. (02.09.21 UPDATE): Thank you for replying. The app has been update a few times since and it works just fine. I have revised my rating. Your prices are still too high for the food given.

This app is pointless for the Troy AL location. As they make go inside to pickup the food even if you come through the drive through and then stand in line with all the people who have gone inside to place their orders without the app.

I ordered from the app flawlessly and the app was great. The app said order would be ready in 10 minutes. Got to Jack's and had to wait 20 more minutes on my 3 piece chicken finger snack because the employees didn't know what to do with an order from the app. They had to go ask the manager what they were supposed to do. The app was great but the service at the Jack's close to my home sucks.
