This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing KONE Flow on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

Very poorly designed. No thought given to this app. They did not even do basic testing. I downloaded it and am prompted to enter a username and password, but it is *impossible* to register on the app. So where do I get a username or register? The owners of my building sent me an email with a link which just takes me to another Kone page with a picture of a building on it and *nothing* else. How CAN I REGISTER then? I would prefer a traditional fixed intercom.

Doesn't work properly, we have it installed at our building and we almost never receive the calls at the door.

App does not ring. I have a Xiaomi mi 9. I gave LL permission . App does not ring ,only vibrates and it's not from my settings
