Pathetic service. Reservation done with some glitches.went to waterbom.waterbom staff didnt know about distime and our booking. they made us to wait for 20 min. distime customer watsapp not responding, normal call no response..previously raised a query..no response. pls shut down app, if distime doesnt want to support customers. however waterbom staff provided us entry as a gesture at distime rates as they were also unable to contact distime.

datang ke masterpiece tebet setelah reservasi dengan app ini. begitu sampe mbaknya bingung dan bilang gabisa pake aplikasi ini. i'm uninstalling for good.
