E-HAIL DRIVER BY: ITAXI is the smartest way to increase ridership for registered & licensed taxi drivers.  With the slide of a button you will be “On Duty” and ready to start receiving new hails. The app will then connect you to passengers within range, wherever you are, whenever you need one.
 
Once you accept a fare, an address will be provided with the passenger’s location, as well as their name and photo.  On the other end the rider will be provided with your name, picture, the type of taxi you are driving, & plate number.  The rider will also see the distance you are from them to ease the process of locating you.  If needed, you can SMS or call the passenger.
 
When the ride is over simply tap “dropped off” and prepare for your next fare.  At E-HAIL safety is our top priority – you must be a legal and licensed taxi driver with proper permits.

Signup Process:
Signing up is as simple as downloading the app, all you’ll need is a valid taxi license and your basic information.
 
***All drivers using E-HAIL must show proof of being legally registered taxi drivers.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
Accessibility:
Slide the “Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle” button to green on your user profile screen in order to connect to passengers in need of a wheelchair accessible taxi.
 
Pickup Location:
The app automatically finds and shows you the location of your passenger, no need to search for them.
 
Your Passenger:
Before you arrive to the pickup location, you will know the name of the passenger and also have a photo of them.
 
Connect with your Passenger:
Easily connect with your passenger via SMS or by phone, while you are approaching the pickup location.
 
Twitter/Facebook/Instagram:
Show all your friends E-HAIL via social media. Remember that your network won’t know you used the app if you don’t tell them.
