I am sure this is a great app it just doesn't seem to work on my device

It doesn't stitch, it just "let's you take photos" that you can stitch with
a 360 stitching app later. ...which you could do with any phone's built in
camera app, and without the stupid ads and inexplicable interface. If you
have a Galaxy 8 and want to take VR/surround photos, borrow someone's 7 and
email the photo to yourself.
