What is ForYourIrisOnly Solution?
For your iris only (FYIO) solution is an integration of a multi-functional security platform. By iris capturing and matching method, do away with complex password chains and devote extra time to other tasks.
FYIO utilizes a high-quality iris technology to speed up workload. It eases up your memory by one single installation of FYIO which in turn transforms into a safeguard against theft, vandalism or password confusion.
Four main functions:
- Application Lock: Allows users to lock one single application or a set of applications by using their irises to enroll and access.
- Data Protection: Provide users with files and folder encryption or decryption as to secure their personal data. .
- Device Lock: Allows users to replace lock screen of Android by FYIO lock screen which require iris verification to unlock device.
- Photo Vault: Allows users to hide secret or private photos.

System requirements:
- Android OS 3.1 or higher
- FULL USB HOST supported
- Allowing current output from the USB port of at least 250 mA (for IriShield MK/MO 2120) or 430 mA (for IriShield BK/BO 2121).
- 500MHz Processor or higher
- 50MB available storage
- 1 USB 2.0 port

ForYourIrisOnly application uses the following permissions:
- BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN: This app uses the Device Administrator permission to allow only Administrator to force stop or uninstall the application.
- INTERNET: To access Internet
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To save files into device’s external storage
- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To start FYIO’s service when booting completed
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To check status of network connection
- ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: To check wifi state for locking wifi
- READ_LOGS: To read logs in order to determine running application for locking.
- DISABLE_KEYGUARD: To lock the device
- EXPAND_STATUS_BAR: To close status bar when locking device
- GET_TASKS: To lock function Install/Uninstall app, show confirmation dialog to lock an app after it is installed
- REORDER_TASKS: To lock function Install/Uninstall app, show confirmation dialog to lock an app after it is installed
- SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: To lock function Install/Uninstall app, show confirmation dialog to lock an app after it is installed

App Permissions

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an application to read the low-level system log files.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows applications to disable the keyguard if it is not secure.
Allows an application to expand or collapse the status bar.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
