4 stars simply because (IPTV Stream Player v1.6.3) is the first one of these apps that has actually worked well with no freezing or black screens after 5 minutes using the NoxPlayer (Android Emulator) Version 7.0.1.0 on Windows 7ULT-64Bit/10Pro-64Bit. My only issue with every one of these apps is that they don't have a lock screen for smaller devices like phones and tablets to prevent accidental touches. If this is added to the app, it will surely receive 5 stars from me.

The streaming app is good and quiet stable but at some point it's refresh on its own but there is no video resolution option for the movie to make video streaming run smoothly when internet coverage is congested. Better than another live streaming app i guessed
