Installed, registered. Never received the email to install on my other devices... No idea if it's working or I will get paid. Seems to always need me to click "resume decoding" every time I look at the app and it stops within a few minutes. Will give it a few more days and then probably uninstall.

Pretty poor, every other day it asks to restart the app, allow it to do this, do that, so I suspect half the time it is not working. Just tried upgrading to the MediaCell version, stuck at downloading the vpn, many times... wont go past this to stage 3 of the 5 install stages.

I've had this installed now about 9 months. I receive points every month which I save up and the I exchange for gifts. Only thing is I'd like an app or link to be able to look at the catalogue whenever I want.

Problems and problem, wasn't like this for the last how ever long been using it but recently when in use it slows my apps down to the point of buffering on the go get it sorted mun, like using the app so let's see an update or few . When sorted buffer issue, the revision of this would look something like ....... Brilliant and silent with some money to be earnt a fantastic & much improved one compared to the others ones by ipsos . Thanks guys

All good with the app, only had a couple of minor issues but whenever I've contacted customer service they've always replied and sorted the issue. Doesn't drain the battery like previous apps and rewards are good, I normally opt for the love2shop voucher which only takes a couple of days to arrive.

Very poor, have had app installed for a while now and every few weeks, I get a text or email saying app not working, when showing okay on my phone, now trying to blame make of phone. Have uninstalled, waste of time. 23/4/21 - Have been in touch with panel and will try reinstalling, will update review later.

Ipsos MediaCell+ is an Ipsos market research application which passively collects information about your device and how you consume media. This will help our clients shape the future of publishing and media in the world.

We just need you to enable the prompted notifications and permissions and keep the app running in the background of the phone and you’re good to go! In return, you’ll be rewarded, and the longer you comply with our simple rules, the more rewards you can earn.

Ipsos MediaCell+ utilizes a VPN service to monitor your web traffic. This on-device VPN is not an external server and does not modify your network traffic in any way. The Ipsos MediaCell+ app will also use the device microphone to listen out for coded audio or to generate digital audio fingerprints to measure the TV or radio stations you are tuned to; it will never record any audio.

Ipsos takes very seriously its responsibilities for the security and confidentiality of the information supplied to us by those who take part in the research we carry out.

THIS APP USES ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES
Only if explicit consent has been granted, we use the Android Accessibility Service (AccessibilityService API) to collect your device app, media, and web usage. We do not read any content from any messaging, email, banking or other sensitive applications or websites. All data is aggregated with that of other app users so that you cannot be identified.

THIS APP USES VPN SERVICES
This app uses VPN Services. Ipsos MediaCell+ uses a VPN with consent of the end-user. The VPN collects web usage data on this device and the data is analysed as part of an opt-in market research panel.

• We take every care to ensure that we comply with our legal, regulatory and ethical obligations, including GDPR and the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
• We’ll never transfer, sell or distribute your personal information.
• We don't collect the content of emails, SMS or other messages you send.
• All data transferred from the mobile device to our servers is encrypted with RSA public/private key encryption before uploading, as well as being transferred over HTTPS.
• We don't collect data from personal websites or apps such as banking.
• The app can be uninstalled at any time to stop all data collection immediately.
