The UI is not user friendly, the icons generally too small to tap. However, the main issue is that the app often does not respond to our request, particularly when buying/selling. It sometimes freezes too. For now, I recommend using the app for long term investing only. The app currently does not perform well when it is used for trading

How on earth this apps become super slow, much lagging, cannot be opened since last month!! The option to buy and sell is lagging. Tried to clear the data and cache didnt work. I tried to reinstall the apps and it demands record the video and sound, what for?! (and the updated version still lagging btw) Please invest and take a good care on your apps or you'll lose more user.

Log in trouble, order freezes and not recorded (you dont want fee money???), and when I asked CS they said they'll upgrade this app soon. I asked from Feb 2020, and now is May 2020. Last app update is Dec 2018, almost two years ago!! If you don't want to heavily invest on your apps, you'll lost customers soon.

Login is welcomed by 502. Market list is unresponsive. Transaction page is slow. I can't afford to access the website forever but the app isn't helping at all

Thank you very much IPOTGO, for making me miss my chance to buy stocks at its lowest price, because of your laggy UI, not responding "BUY" Button, and my deposit was recorded 30 minutes later. Thank you. If you guys don't take this app seriously, and not repair it sooner, you guys gonna lose your customers very soon.
