Terrible app When you move the camera (unplug), you have to go through the whole process of setting up. And the app almost never works. I tried with 2 different cameras to set up in my baby's room and it did not work. I spent over an hour to set it up. All settings are correct, including wifi. Now I don't have a monitor for my baby.

Worked great the first 2 days but then it goes offline on it's own. When you go to look at video the upload speed sits at 0 and never comes up screen stays blank. It tries to reconnect and never does then times out. I've been getting notifications but it's for the time when the camera actually picked something up previously not at the real time of notification. Hopefully it's the app as the camera seems to work well when functioning correctly through the app. Update needs to be done for issues!

Finally got it to connect to the camera... But now it continues to tell me that my session is timed out, even after I just logged in, and for whatever reason the quality was extremely poor when the app WAS working. I'm extremely frustrated, as I really need this camera working, so help would be nice.

Camera is great. App 3.9.0.46 newest one STILL has all sorts of weird issues. Quits at Random, camera audio from the microphone goes dead at random, if you haven't used app for a minimum of 10 minutes, it makes you log in again. I cleared cache, stopped/restarted, uninstalled/rebooted phone/reinstalled. Makes no difference, still acts badly. Can't recommend. They do respond to emails, but app just needs more stability work. Multi-camera view at same time would be nice. Phone running Android 9.

Can you help, I bought this camera last year for puppy watch, when I returned to work. It worked great. I changed my phone to a samsung s20fe 4g, as camera said it doesn't work on 5g. I have installed the app, but I can't get the camera to load on my phone. Any help would be great.

This use to work flawlessly, but too long ago to remember. Somehow, card doesn't have any saved videos. Yet, I never deleted any. I can now only record if the app is opened. If I close my phone or it times out the recorder stops. Urgh!!!
