Stupid app. Does not work. Old version used to work properly. I have made many trips with it earlier . Why did you spoil the working app and replace with this dumb one ? I tried to book a taxi to Lamding from Airport on 23 Nov 18. I tried for 40 minutes, couldnt book, went by hired taxi. Now I dont have confidence you. You can not be depended upon. Fix it or perish.

There was a delay on OTP generation. And now, l can't complete my verification process. No links have been provided to reverify. Existing username, mail ID and number has been held on. No modification action has triggered. Lots of improvement required on your App architecture. This is not customer friendly App. I wanted to uninstall the App right away but decided to wait untill I get a reply on my review.

Don't know about the cab service as I haven't boarded one but the app is the worst! Tried to book a cab in a hurry, as always was going through the registration process and voila they did not even sent the OTP to register. Tried for an hour and so still no OTP. Bottomline one of the worst app and service! Do not even deserve a 1 star

Very disappointed!👎 Complicated indeed jst to sign up.OTP was delayed more than expected that ended up leaving midway. Then created with a random User name as cannot use the previous one which is familiar with me. Now neither can edit User name nor email,it's says already registered but when try enter the previous user Id says Verification failed. Top f that, there is no SUPPORT option. So this is a RATING cum ISSUE ,hopefully a responsible person from the team would reply & resolve. Awful!!

First i forgot my password... Which i couldnt reset... Then after emailing them... Maybe after 6months today, i tried to reset my password and it works.... Since so many months has passed, i forgot my user id...password is reset using ur mobile no... They send u an otp and u enter the otp and new pw... What about forgotten user id? So much full of improvement to be made.... And no one ever replies to ur reviews. They hired a very cheap or incompetent developer... Must be family.. Useless

I really hoped this app would work... but the OTP took an hour to come for verification. When i went into the app again to try and verify again... the app tells thaty email is already in use. Hence, stuck. Fix this please.
