TGPX Pro has been specifically designed for Tango Event Organisers and it is able to automate the attendance control from the simplest Milonga to the most complex Tango Festival with multiple workshops, milongas, etc

TGPX Pro provides a complete “admission control system” for the different sessions ( Milongas, Workshops, Vouchers, etc) of any Tango Event. The Event Organiser will be able to:

Scan electronic tickets expedited via www.tangopolix.com from your smart phone – when scanning a ticket you will be controlling that the right ticket for the right session is being used and that a ticket can only be used once.
Have visibility of the statistics for each session – total number of tickets, number of leaders, number of followers, number of cancelled tickets, number of tickets pending to be used, number of tickets used and attendance percentage.
Access the full list of attendees for each session – highlights whose tickets have been used or not and allows to easily search for a particular attendee by his name.
See how all the information is updated in real time as tickets are being sold and scanned.
Have different people from your organiser’s team access the same, synchronised data and scan tickets from their own smart phone.

To be able to use TGPX Pro you need to have a Vendor Account at www.tangopolix.com and be selling registrations/tickets for your Tango Event through this platform.
