This apps picture taking features takes forever at times, and tends to kick me out often. This leaves me retaking pics and wasting time. Also the lyft function works when it wants to...yes I've been stranded because of it...45 mind to a hour..

I don't know what they need to store on my phone but the app itself only takes up about 100mb but there is user data thats taking up 5gb. I assume it's the pictures but thats a lot for a couple hundred pictures.

Icon does auto apply to my phone. During an extended time of not being used the app has to removed and reinstalled. Totally useless. Your help desk is wonderful but they have to be frustrated. Not the easiest thing to maintain and use.

I have just been offered a job whereas this app is required. However upon downloading it on TWO Android phones it gives an "update to the latest and greatest" but nothing happens. I need to work but I can't if this doesn't work. Please fix.

Broken app. My Samsung s9+ is a very powerful phone that should have no problem running an app. I log in and out everyday + restart my phone. I have even reinstalled the app, but still cant get a trip. My phone sits on my desk and the second I get the notification a trip is available I open the app and it freezes on a loading screen for more than a minute and the trip is long gone.
