Requires device ID to register, but only let's you enter Name, email and password. When you hit register it says "no device ID entered," but doesn't give a place to enter it? So basically, it is currently just an online copy of the user manual.

Can only get past name, email and password to register, then tells you no device ID is registered. It doesn't ask for a device ID so just where is one supposed to put it?

For 3 days I have not been able to sign in. Server error messages. You
would think for such an expensive device that the app would be at least

This app is simply a fail. Have now I stalled it 4 times and still seem to be unable to register for the warranty. Also the "help" for use makes no sense: there is no alert as to when to stop, the suggested facial areas are not as described by my therapist etc. Not happy at all and would not use at all if it wasn't for the warranty.

and tells me there is a server error...for THREE DAYS???
