The app is back to its bad old ways. For a while it seemed to have overcome the problems operating with mobile data. Now it only works when one has access to WiFi. This is useless when one is wandering around trying to find a pub. It is also a pain that when one reviews one's posts it is impossible to link to the information about the pub concerned including its location. Similarly, when one looks at a pub entry it does not link to any review of the pub one might have posted.

Love to use the app when I am out and about. Great if I'm in another town or place always look for best pubs to drink in. Brilliant app to use saves taking my Camra Good Beer Guide out with me .Just go onto my phone and wherever I am drinking posts come up and choice is yours. Thank you for such a great little app. So easy to use and reasonably priced for a years subscription.

Great to have on the move, rather than the big book. I would prefer an eventual consolidation with What Pub, otherwise there are two online sources. What Pub is old-fashioned and clumsy. Can a single app be created for desktop and smartphone?

If you're having trouble getting the app working on mobile data, talk to your provider. They may be blocking it, plusnet blocked mine.

I want to support camera, but it would be great if you could just view a map with the recommended pubs without searching!

Good to have the functionality of both the GBG and WhatPub in the same place. However when beer scoring it's a pity that you don't have the same way of selecting the brewery as you do in WhatPub, ie type the first letters and you get a choice of breweries.
