really bad service they automatically cancel your reservation and block your account really bad experience from this ezhire service so plz avoid this app

Their service isn't bad, but I faced two problems: 1) they delivered different car from what I booked due to unavailability. but it was a downgraded car. when I contacted them they told me that they will refund the difference. later they refused to acknowledge the downgraded. Hence, I didn't receive the refund. 2) they told me they will be 4 hrs late to pick it up. and I had appointment to attend later that day. so, I delivered the car to them. and they didn't refund the pick-up amount.

The worst car rental service in the UAE they cancelled my booking before a few minutes and made trouble for me they don't deserve even a one star and the staff are liars
