Session timeout should be looked into. A user would not want to sign in each and every time they wish to check their Ins/Outs. Clicking the back button should close the app and bring the user back to the home screen, but it doesn't, the app just stays there like a stubborn kid. UI/UX can be improved further, do have a look at other project management apps and the idea of implementing golden ratio within an Android app. Nevertheless, goof effort.
